Santa came a little early!

Santa came a little early to our house for Avery since we will be traveling on Christmas. We took her to Build-A-Bear Workshop and let her choose an stuffed animal. We have always wanted to take her here and we held out till Christmas. It was so much fun! I'm glad we waited till she was old enough to actually pick what she wanted. She went with a bunny that got dressed as a princess. Super cute! She really chose everything herself; it was a lot of fun to hold everything up and let her choose what she liked best. It was a great family time!

Santa then came and left presents under the tree! She was very excited to run in and see these. I love Christmas through the eyes of a child. Everything is so exciting! I can't wait to teach her what Christmas is all about.

I was really amazed that she took the bottle that came with the baby and "fed" it to the baby. She has never had a pretend baby bottle before and she just knew what to do, it was so cute! She would feed baby and then get a sip herself.:)

She cracked us up by grabbing her baby and bag, waving bye and heading for the front door!

Christmas Party!

We had a Venture Christmas party tonight. Lots of people, lots of yummy food, lots of little feet running around, and good times. It was great! I love Christmas parties. I can't wait till Christmas!

Birthday Party Fun

Avery's friend, Casen, turned 2 and had a super fun birthday party! Avery had a blast! It was soccer party and the kids got to play on the indoor field. It was so cute to see them all running around. I didn't get any pictures with the birthday boy. :( I love that Avery has such sweet little friends, it's so much fun to watch her grow up with them.

Venture

I took some pictures of Avery at church last week. I realized I hadn't taken very many and I wanted to remember how little she was when the church started. Shannon, the children's minister took some while the kids were in class and sent them to me. Avery does not like it when I drop her off for class, but she always has a good time. I was glad to see her in all the pictures having a great time! I love this church and the all the people that are a part of it!
